First time client, and I am so happy I found this clinic. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and it’s a beautiful building. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist, Christina, was gentle and thorough with the cleaning. She took time to educate me on oral health things specific to me, which I appreciated quite a lot. Dr Paul was great as well! I felt heard when I discussed my concerns, and confident that I was in good hands. I am looking forward to my future teeth cleanings and dental work.

I recently moved to Nelson with my wife and 3 kids and the way he was able to provide a positive and fun experience for our nervous kids was unbelievable. They had the most clever strategies with our children to keep them comfortable. Our daughter Anna had the biggest smile after getting a filling done. All service – receptionist, dental staff, and hygienist – was friendly and on time. Although my teeth were in reasonably good condition, the hygienist did a thorough check-up and cleaning and gave me tips on how to prevent decay. The visit brightened my whole day. Thanks, Heritage Family Dental!
